How Can I Create an Account?

  2. Click on “Create an Account” that is there on the upper portion of the page.
  3. You will have to fill out a simple form with some information
  4. Once done, click on “Create an Account”
  5. You will get a confirmation email once your account is created
I Cannot Log in to My Account. What Do I Do?
  1. Go to https://www.g-sp.se/
  2. The “Sign in” option is there right next to “Create an Account”.
  3. If you cannot sign in, it means you have either entered a wrong email ID or a wrong password.
  4. Please enter the correct email ID. If you still cannot sign in because of a wrong password, then click on “Forgot Your Password?”
  5. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email address. Click on that link to reset your password and you will be able to sign in again.
  6. In case you can’t find the email in your “Inbox”, please check your “Spam” folder. If it’s not there either, please call our customer support on 08-744 41 44 or email us at https://www.g-sp.se/
How Can I Edit My Account Details?
  1. On the right upper corner, you can see your name.
  2. Hover the mouse on your name and you can find ’’My account’’.
  3. Click on it and you will be redirected to the “My Account” page.
  4. On the “My Account” page, you can edit all your information including your contact details, billing address and shipping address. Here, you can edit your Newsletter subscription as well
How Can I Delete My Account?
  1. On the right upper corner, you can see your name.
  2. Hover the mouse on your name and you can find ’’My account’’.
  3. Now, to the left, you can see that there are several columns4.
  4. The 5th column from the top says ’’ Account Information’’.
  5. Click on it and you will be redirected to the “Account Information page.
  6. On the page, at the bottom, you will find “Delete Your Account’’ option.
  7. If you’re sure that you want to delete your account, click on “Delete Your Account’’ and then on “Confirm”. Your account will be deleted. We’re sorry that you want to leave us.

What is the Process of Placing an Order?

If your order has not been placed yet, you can change or cancel it from the shopping cart page. How Do I Know About the Availability of a Product?

If you click on a product, you will be redirected to the product description page. On that page, you will find the stock status of that certain product in the colour green. If the product is out of stock, you will get the option “Notify Me” in the colour orange. In that case, you will need to enter your email address so that we can notify you when that certain product is back in stock.

How Long Does It Take to Deliver a Product?

Domestic orders get shipped the same day they are placed if placed before 16:30. Orders who get placed afterward ships the next workday. Most orders get delivered to our customer's doorstep the following morning.

How Do I Cancel an Order?

I Need Support for a Product I Bought. What to Do?

The best thing you can do is to get in touch with our customer support directly on 08-744 41 44. We have knowledgeable technicians who know about the product very well. If you have issues that can be solved over the phone, then you don’t require submitting your product for service. However, if your product has some bigger issues that can’t be solved over the phone, you will be given instructions about how to submit the product for service under warranty.
